What happens when you try to view their websites in Firefox for Android? Is there any error message?

Try opening the site in Firefox's Private Browsing window or temporarily disabling extensions (especially ad blockers/privacy tools), since many patient portals break due to blocked trackers or cached login sessions. Also check if the portal explicitly lists supported browsers — some healthcare portals only fully support Chrome/Edge.
