I have 3 email accounts and none of them will update.
I cannot find anywhere to update my password.

But before you venture there ask your self does Thunderbird have your password? The three major account providers Yahoo, Google, Outlook/Hotmail along with many others in recent years require the use of oAuth authentication. When that is used Thunderbird does not even store your password and has no idea what it is.
If you are responding to a failure to authenticate that questions the settings or password invariably the issue is not the password. Most frequently it is the antivirus, not even Thunderbird
