When I work in Wix or Canva, my work is not being saved. I've been told to clear my Firefox cache/cookies. I've been told that Firefox is clashing with these programs. Help please.
I am editing in Wix and Canva. My designs and edits are not being saved automatically. I have been told this is because Firefox is clashing with those programs. I cleared the cache as advised. But this issue is still happening. What can I do? Maybe not work in Firefox with these sites?

Hey, I’ve actually seen this kind of issue a few times, it’s pretty frustrating when you’re working and suddenly Canva or Wix just stops saving stuff properly.
From what you’re describing, it sounds like Firefox is either holding old cached data or some extension is interfering with the auto-save process. I faced something similar while editing design stuff and thought my work was gone.
What worked for me was:
Clearing cache + cookies properly (not just quick clear) Trying the same project in a private window to test Temporarily disabling extensions or just switching to Chrome for editing
Also once I was updating some UI work for myFlixfox designs and Firefox kept glitching like this, so browser switch fixed it instantly.
Have you tried opening the same project in another browser to see if it still happens?
