Hi
Please appreciate that both your operating system and version of Firefox are currently unsupported. Have you considered updating your computer?
I have the same problem. Started around June 8th. I know Win 7 is unsupported but isn't Firefox kept up to date with ESR's? I am using Firefox v 115.37,0esr. Worked fine till June 8. I don't know what happened. I am communicating with Lowe's and Home Depot tech people on it. But I also want Mozilla to know about it. I want to keep the computer and system that I have and am thankful for those who update browsers to use with unsupported operating systems.

The older Firefox 115 ESR is based on the old Firefox 115.0 Release but with security and stability fixes since. It was originally going to end around Fx 115.15.0 esr or so but Mozilla decided to keep it updated so the EOL Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.4 OS users can have a secure web browser for a while still.
The current ESR is Firefox 140.0 ESR (currently 140.12.0esr and updated till 140.15.0esr) and the next ESR will be based on the Firefox 153.0 Release on July 21.
I live in France, i do not have access to homedepot To see, i used built-in VPN in Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn
