Thank you for reaching out! Could you please file a bug report on Bugzilla, Mozilla's bug tracker, so that the developers could take a look? We'd also appreciate you sharing more details about the issue, including:
- Your operating system version
- Your Firefox version (Find what version of Firefox you are using)
- Your headphones model and manufacturer
- If possible, more details about how the sound is distorted
If you don't feel comfortable enough with filing a bug, just let me know, post the necessary info here, and I'll create a bug for you.
