How can I make outlook.live.com my default webmail for mailto links?
I don't see any option to add a webmail URL, only an application that's installed on my PC. There's the option for Gmail that has a URL but I can't edit that.

Yeah, Outlook doesn’t let you manually add custom webmail URLs right now. You’re stuck with the built-in ones like Gmail. If it’s not showing an option to edit or add, that’s just how it is, you’ll have to wait for Microsoft to update it or use the desktop app instead.
