My cogeco account was shut down that was in thunderbird. i have since re-established my account at cogeco webmail. I would now like to move my contact list to this account. Can you show me how to do that. I am nt to tech savvy. Please bare with me.

you can export your addressbook by - clicking to the address book screen - highlight the addressbook and rightclick the three dots to the right. There you will see export options. - check with your website to see what format is accepted and download the preferred layout.
