I cannot receive emails, when I click "get messages" I get this error: The account Conrad@H82luz.com is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages.

I now have over 800 emails that are not being transferred from my email into Thunderbird. This is a recent problem, started on 10/24. The message on the bottom says now receiving message 2 of 834, then does nothing and when I click on "get messages" I get this error message: The account Conrad@H82luz.com is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages.

I don't know if there is a cause and effect relationship, but after being very frustrated by the "being processed" message, I asked the sender to use another email address, also on Thunderbird, which worked and I then printed the document concerned. After that, the original blocked email worked normally.
