Imported logins are not syncing

I imported logins into my Firefox account from MS Edge. I enabled Sync. When I signed in on a new device with my Firefox account, there are only two logins showing up. It looks like the logins that were imported are not syncing.

I have already forced a sync using "Sync Now" in the profile menu on both devices. It has been about 10 minutes with no additional logins being synced yet.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
