Pictures on Google, return doesn't work

When I want to view images on Google and i click on one of the images to increase its size I'm unable to close said picture again with using my return button on my smartphone. The only way to close it is to tap the cross in the upper left corner. If I use my return button the first time nothing happens. If i click the cross after that I get sent two steps back, for example to the "All" section on Google. I know its quite complicated to explain but I hope you can understand my problem.

I recommend that you install the Google search fixer add-on from the add-ons menu in Firefox for Android.
