Are you using a master password on the mobile device? I have no problems with Lockwise on desktop with a master password, but on mobile Lockwoise doesn't work with a master password. This might change in Firefox 68 that has Lockwise builtin.

I had read that the master password may be causing the sync to not happen, so I have already disabled master password on desktop and on mobile. Just installed the addon for desktop and it's showing only the passwords added from the desktop, not the full list. I have roughly 20 passwords stored on mobile firefox, and lockwise on mobile, lockwise addon, and regular FF 'saved logins' only shows about 5 which are the new ones. Lockwise is very new and I believe that further work if bring done to improve integration.

I do use it myself and find that my user credentials are being syncced from my laptop to the mobile app and (when I have unlocked and synncced the Lockwise app) that user credentials are available in Firefox for Android.

Yes, I do not have an issue with passwords syncing from lockwise and the desktop to my phone. The issue is that the other 15 passwords on my phone don't sync to lockwise or the desktop. The phone actually has more passwords on it than the desktop or lockwise do, even after everything has been synced and no master passwords are being used.

If you look in the Firefox Account settings on your mobile device, are Logins checked as data to be syncced?

Yes they are checked to be synced. Auto sync is also enabled for my device specifically (Galaxy S9+ running Android Pie) and I have manually synced from those settings as well to no avail.
