I need to send an email to each recipient on a mailing list. Each needs to include a personalised attachment. Is there a way to do this.

I am treasurer for a small local organisation and need to send out personalised communications to each of the members. I can create a mailing list and set up personalised emails but I need to be able to attach personalised attachments to each one. I can create all of the attachments as individual PDF's if that makes it any easier. Is there a way to do this.
