constant buffering
Switching between tabs puts a "buffering" sign on every tab. Tabs constantly stop working altogether and switching to another tab and then back shows that they are "buffering". Nothing can be done during "buffering" mode, and it happens every. Single. Time. A. Page. Loads. What's up with this? And how can I fix it?

The buffering happens on more than just Youtube pages. It happens on all of them. It just happened to be the tab I took the picture from.
Is this possibly a hardware acceleration issue? I had to disable "use recommended performance settings" in the main preferences menu when having a similar problem.
