First, I would like to apologize for the delay. This button in the reset password email is in an HTML mark up. Can you please check to make sure that this is enabled in your preferred email software?

The link can also be seen in an original copy of the email received. However, at this point, I would first recommend making a back up of your profile before resetting the password.
