When I try to sign in to Firefox it asks for my Username and Password. I can't remember my Username and the email address I used when I first set up my account I no longer have access to, so there is no way you can send it to me. How do I start over with a new Username and Password?

If this is about the Firefox account to connect to Sync then you can create a new Sync account. Is it not possible to change the email address used to connect to Sync. The normal procedure is to delete the old account and create a new account. In your case you can't remove the olde account unless you would accidentally use an email address that was used before.
