I have Windows 10 and am using Internet Explorer as my web browser. I have tried several times to install Firefox, but it runs forever and never installs. I've had Firefox on other computers and have never had an issue with the install. Can someone tell me what I need to do?

hello rebecca, please see if it is working correctly with the full installer instead that can be obtained from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

It is possible that security software (anti-virus, firewall) is causing problems. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
