After years of troublefree use of Thunderbird, 10 days ago was the end of it: all kind of errors which finally IntelliAtlantic admitted they can fix. Can you??
they can solve the problem. After agreeing to pay their fee, they submitted a "Service Contract" and tried for three (3) consecutive days to make Thunderbird healthy again - without success! After creating an eMail message, it could no longer be sent because the little box "Send" had disappeared. They fixed that, and after clicking the "Send" button, a strange "Confirm" message appeared: "There was a problem including the file file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADM/N/~/LOCALS~1/Temp/nsemail.htlm in the message. Would you like to continue sending the message without this file?" Available options: /OK/ and /Cancel/ Lat night, after composing an eMail msg. with 2 document attachments, after clicking "OK", the message was sent, but without the text portion - only the 2 attachments. Without help from you, I'd be forced to look for another Internet eMail provider which I hate to do. I look forward to your help on my eMail <florlepas@roadrunner.com>. or 843/689-5040. Thank you!
