firefox's file explorer opens to c:/Users instead of Libraries?

Odd issue I've suddenly noticed, not sure how long it's done this, but sometimes after uploading a picture from libraries/pictures, for example, instead of the file explorer opening there next time I want to upload a picture somewhere, it'll open in c:/users/wizzlbang/My Pictures

is it suppose to do that? It doesn't happen every time, either, only when i've gone awhile without uploading a picture someplace

Running firefox 40.0.3 on windows 7, if that info helps

Probably intended behaviour; Libraries entries are virtual links to your profile folders (i.e. drive:/users/username/folderX), so sometimes a program will display the actual Users path instead of the virtual Pictures.
