how can I see the (spam)senders real address ?

Most of the spam mail I get are caught by my provider, but some spam slips through their filter. Only a few 'from' addresses show the real address of the sender when I hover the mouse over the address field, some do not. Is there a way to get those addresses without opening the mail? Thanks!

Chosen solution

The actual sending address can be shown in a column with the Show Address Only add-on, but bear in mind that dedicated spammers often change this to avoid filters.

You were right with scammers changing their addresses, this was one of the problems, and genuine looking mails too. Now I can at least manually filter those out. BIG thanks again for your help!

As far as I know, the sender's actual address has never been visible without the add-on.

My wife is not using an add-on She is on the same version as me The image clearly shows the Sender [@] ticked

I have checked old posts by you and back on 24th feb 2015 you were advised to install the addon 'show Address only as advised previously and marked it as a Chosen Solution. So I can only presume you have installed that addon extension previously on a computer, perhaps the computer your wife is using.

That seems to have worked - I have checked my wife's computer and there are no Add-ons installed Which is strange
