scan of thunderbird inbox by bitdefender revealed that a file with verify.zip (verify account.html) is infected by trojan.html.phishing.cn
Cannot remove file because it cannot be found in the profile directory. The subject of the message is : Account review department. It is dated 31 May 2012 Can you please avise?
Chosen solution
In Thunderbird, in your 'Local Folders' mail account, there will be an email probably with an attachment possibly called verify.zip (verify account.html). Delete the email and then compact the folder to fully remove. If you cannot locate email, then it may have already been deleted. If you have a 'Trash' folder in Local Folders mail account, then empty it. Compact all folders in the 'Local Folders' mail.
Then run scan again.
