Chosen solution

A quick way would be to choose View/Folders/Unified to show all the inboxes as one Inbox. But a more flexible option would be to create a Saved Search, from File/New, and add the inboxes with a filter on Status + isn't + Read. This has the advantage of being able to choose all or specific inboxes, or other folders, and add additional filters besides Status.

The unread messages in a folder can be shown by clicking the Unread button on the Quick Filter Bar (under View/Toolbars). With ImportExportTools installed, right-click the selected messages, Save selected messages, just index (CSV). The format of index.csv is Subject, Sender, Recipient, Date, Time.

Thanks:) Can this be done without opening a particular folder? If I have let's say 5 different inboxes and I want to this do all of them at once?
