See uploaded photo. The only one I installed is New Tab Override. Where can I find out about why all the others are there and what they do?

I will say that is a nice idea. Maybe some time in the future after all the code changes going on for ver 57 release. There was at one time nothing installed but with the newer releases the Telemetry and a couple others are used for when you make a report here. It supplies us with your version and OS and Extensions and graphics card info so that we can have a look see what might be causing a issue. If that better explains what some do, some are obvious like new Screen Shot and the Application Update Helper which is how you get your update versions of FF.

Nice to know that New Tab Overide has been fixed. I used to use that. If you like that one, might like this one https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/fat-free-firefox/?src=ss

Ok, Can you please update your Flash as it is old to new version released yesterday https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

hi, if you type about:support into the firefox address bar those integrated firefox system addons will be in a different category than your custom installed extensions.

about:support scroll down below Crash Reports for the Last 3 Days. Then under Firefox Features are the "comes with Firefox" extensions. And user installed extensions are shown under Extensions

Thanks. At least I know which ones are incorporated into Firefox itself and not added mysteriously by some web site that I visited. Since these "features" actually show up as extensions in programs like CCleaner and some virus checkers, perhaps there might be a way for Firefox users to know that these extensions are not secret hacks that have infiltrated the browser since they don't show up in the Tools menu under add-ons.
