Can you please provide the type of device that this is happening on and an example of a url? Thank you

Any website. Even browser's interface fonts. After openning it is normal 1 second , and than becomes fuzzy, i.e. clear type becomes off. HUAWEI HONOR 3 HN3-U00, Android 4.2.2.
