Firefox freezes on locking the computer - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/961206

An app that displays a timer dialogue warning session expiration is open in Firefox 47. When computer is locked while this dialogue is still displayed, freezes the app. On unlocking the computer, the page is found frozen meaning none of the buttons or links on the page are clickable. The only way out of the app is to force close the page and open the app again.

Looks like this problem occurred in Firefox 21 - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/961206 Now it is reproducible in Firefox 47.

Firefox 47??

Firefox 46 is the current Alpha development (Nightly) version - Firefox 47 won't be "born" until the end on January 2016.

Please ask a new question here when using that version of Firefox, so that this forum software can "see" and provide information about the browser that you are using when creating a new thread. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new
