Could you check whether your home page setting has been modified to include that address? This article has the steps for that:
If the home page looks okay, check your desktop shortcut for Firefox to see whether it has been hacked. Either:
- Desktop shortcut: right-click the icon, choose Properties
- Pinned taskbar icon: right-click the icon, right-click Mozilla Firefox, choose Properties
Windows normally will select the Shortcut tab. If not, go ahead and click the Shortcut tab.
You'll see the Target highlighted. On 64-bit Windows, that usually is no more and no less than the following:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
If there are addresses or other text after that, clear it out. Then try the icon again and see whether it launches your home page normally.
Success?

It's also possible that you didn't completely remove a bad extension. Let's take a look at what you've got.
Open the Add-ons page using either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then cast a critical eye over the list on the right. If you don't use it, disable it (or remove it). Especially if the name seems similar to "allottb".
Often a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Does that eliminate the error?
