Firefox Crashing a lot lately

Hello I have been using firefox for like 10 years now . Never face problems (None serious) . But lately i am facing a weird problem, firefox crashes a lot. If is not happening when i am on any specific site, its happening random. I am using firefox version 38.0.5. Windows 8.1 I have tried disabling all the addons, but still the error persists. Its getting very much problematic now, as i loose my works most of the time. You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
