Not your usual "Firefox won't print" problem.
"Before you can perform printer-related tasks... Do you want to install a printer now?" pops up when I try to print from webpages within Firefox. and Only Firefox. I can print with any other browser or program and even within the Adobe interface that opens PDFs within Firefox, but not just plain ol' pictures in a normal browser window. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my printer, Firefox is updated as of last night, and resetting options within about:config didn't fix it either.
Help would Definitely be appreciated!

This seems to be related to the spooling settings for your printer. Based on past discussions it can be difficult to solve.
This article has a general overview of the problem and suggested solution using the print dialog: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problems_printing_web_pages#Print_spooler_service_is_not_running
Does that work?
Edit: I noticed other software publishers have different suggestions. For example, Adobe suggests changing your default printer at the Windows level: Error "... install a printer" | Print to PDF.

Nope, all that comes up with ctrl-p is "wanna install a printer?" and then walks me through the steps. nothing about spooling.
