How can I totally remove "MyStart by IncrediMail" from Firefox 3.6.13?

A few days ago I installed Incredimail", tried it for a short while and not liking it removed it using Control Panel. Every thing was removed except "MyStart by IncrediMail.com" that appears to the left of bookmark bar and the bar underneath.
