Firefox won't follow some links. It creates a new tab titled (GIF image 1x1 pixels) instead.

When I click on certain links such as the "advertise" link on the Google homepage a new tab is created. The tab is blank and titled (in this case) ads_3.html (GIF Image, 1x1 pixels). I've been noticing that this is occurring more frequently. When I try the same links in Explorer (yuck!) they work just fine. I've tried disabling the add-ons and even ended up reinstalling Firefox with no luck.

I don't see my Google AdSense ads at the bottom of my website when I use the Firefox browser, either. But I can see them with the Internet Explorer browser. I hope Mozilla/Firefox might address this compatibility issue with Google AdSense.
