Need help with live feed
Hello, I've suddenly been unable to watch the live feed at: http://www.dickpritchettrealestate.com/eagle-feed.html, on my laptop.
I get a message saying 'An error occurred, try again later'. I've watched this feed for about a year. I can get the feed on Microsoft Edge on the same laptop and on Chrome on my tablet meaning the problem isn't with my laptop or internet connect so it has to be with Firefox. I can watch the archived video so its only the live feed that's the problem. This started last evening. Any help you could provide would be appreciated. I don't really want to have to switch browsers.

The cam works for me in Firefox 58 beta and Firefox 59 Nightly, but not in Firefox 57.

No works for me. 57.0 (64-bit)
Thanks for checking. Some other people in that site's forum are having the same problem. One of the participants advised the rest of us not to update to 57. My laptop had automatically updated to 57 but it was working fine up until last night which is when the others started having problems too. Strange.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
"Clear the cache:
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems.
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
Hello cor-el, thank you for your advice. I tried Windows in Safe Mode but that disconnected from the internet so I couldn't test it (it works while using the Edge browser, so I doubt its a connection issue).
I tried all your other suggestions but none helped.
I also uninstalled Quantum and re-installed - same problem.
I also refreshed Firefox - same problem.
I also un-checked 'use hardware acceleration' - didn't help.
Since none of this worked I downgraded to Firefox 56 - same problem. I didn't have this problem until 2 days after the upgrade to Quantum.
I went to view the live feed through YouTube - same problem. I searched 'live feeds' and found 2, one worked the other didn't.
Some others who watch this live feed using Firefox are having the same issue, but when Andronachi_Marian tried, it work. If others are having the problem then it shouldn't be a problem with my computer, but, not everyone is having the problem. Very confusing.

The cam works for me in Firefox 58 beta and Firefox 59 Nightly, but not in Firefox 57.
