www.findandremind which is an important update of mine is not coming as it should on firefox but it is coming in on IE. Please assist me with this.
Their homepage is just not coming in with the format that it should be coming in with. Everything is is a line as opposed to the way it should be across the entire screen. In IE it works fine. I have cleared the browsing history and restarted and that did not work. I have contacted them and they say all is fine on their end. So please help as I prefer the firefox browser to IE. Thanks

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
I am trying to attach a screen shot as explained. I am not a seasoned computer veteran so I am not sure I have done this correctly. The formatting is just wrong and it is the first time that this has happened while using the firefox browser. Once again the findandremind site is fine when I use IE but I use firefox as my browser.
Did you try the suggestions I posted above?
I tried everything but the safe mode option. I am not really sure enough of myself to do that.
You can use one of these to start Firefox in Safe Mode:
- On Windows, hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox with a double-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut
- On Mac, hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
- Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
thanks, I do not feel comfortable with the safe mode suggestion. What about just reinstalling or resetting firefox?
Just to let you know. The findandremind refreshed their servers and it corrected the problem. It is now functioning correctly. Thanks for you attempted corrections though. I really appreciated them.
