non responsive, resetting did not work, get open profile menu comes up with safemode/ reset options and safe mode non responsive
I tried to reset it but still took a long time to load and was non responsive right away. Followed the article about profile settings and could not bring up the profile manager following what i enter into the run program. Came up with reset and safemode. Reset did not fix the problem and safemode was non responsive. No idea where to go from there...

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems. See "Creating a profile":
