Recently I've had the jump-list options on windows 7 with Firefox, but now its all gone all I have is Firefox and unpin. I used to have the whole open new tab, open new window, browse in private, frequent visited websites and pinned. But now I have nothing and I really depended on that ease of access.

While Firefox is running, right-click the taskbar icon and choose Unpin this program from the taskbar. If you have more than one pinned icon, repeat for all of them. Then right-click the icon and choose Pin this program to taskbar.

If you're missing the list of Frequent sites, right-click the taskbar and choose Properties, then click the Start Menu tab. Make sure “Store and display recently opened items in the Start menu and the taskbar” is checked.
