Nothing prints on the paper from Firefox browser; the problem doesn't happen with IE.

I follow all the steps exactly in Firefox support, but when I print nothing appears on the page. When I print from IE the page prints without any issues.

Did you try the reset of all prefs for that printer?

Thanks Edmeister. I had to reset all the print.printer lines after he mater didn't work, but that did it. Thanks again.
