how do I get the triangle icon have animated icon bot no adjoining triangle

I have installed latest version of firefox,everything went ok except although I have the animated downloader icon I do NOT have the the little adjoining triangle icon so consequently I CANNOT download anything.I had this icon ok in the past????

There is an update (4.9.3) on the versions page to fix the missing drop marker issue.

Please update Firefox to the latest version via "Help > Check for Updates or Help > About Firefox"

Yes I have done that added to firefox,"still no triangle icon" Also "add yo firefox" button warns" has not been reviewed"
