Printing not in English

Firefox version 3.6.15, Printer: Brother HL-5150D Laser. Page presented in English on my screen. 1/4 page of text appears to be printed in Russian. Page with multiple lines of text presents as straight lines. Default font is Verdana. Default Language is en-us (English/United States) Changed default font to Times Roman and received same mis-print. Same thing happens when printing to Adobe Acrobat. IE does not have this problem
