closing and restarting firefox task manager reports firefox already running
When I exit firefox and later try to restart it without rebooting, task manager says it is already running and I have to close it before restarting. Task manager is reporting that 99% of its time is spent running Firefox.

first start task manager ,then click on processes ,then click on processes 'firefox.exe*32',click on it ,thenclick on end process
