I am having trouble accessing my Firefox account because I no longer have access to the email address registered with the account, so I cannot receive the verification code needed to reset my password.
Here are some details to help verify my ownership of the account:
Username / registered email: kenzoyabiku@gmail.com Approximate date when I created the account: about 2021 2022 Devices I used to access the account: cellphone but I don’t have it Last time I remember accessing the account: today

Unfortunately, as a volunteer on the forum, i do not have access to account recovery tools or the ability to verify ownership of Firefox accounts. but i can guide you on how to fix it.
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your Firefox account, the only available option is to try the official account recovery process:
Go to the Firefox Account sign-in page on Mozilla Firefox Click on “Forgot password?” Try any other email addresses you may have used when creating the account Check all inboxes (including spam/junk folders) for recovery emails
If you no longer have access to the original email address and cannot find any recovery email, it may not be possible to regain access due to account security protections.
You can also check if you are still signed in on any device, as this may help you recover or update your account information.
