Bookmarks, History, Downloads are all gone missing. Can't restore them, tried failed. Been using Firefox since Netscape Navigator, Don't want to change browsers. Can bookmarks, history, downloads come back or do I have to change browsers because this small problem. thanks [edited email from public]

Greetings William, I'm having major issues also, which I'm thinking came about, when the latest "Update" was installed.I'm seeing a pattern of problems that have come about, approx. the same time that my problem began.

My problem is that My New Bookmarks, are being placed in the "Bookmarks" under the "Open Application Menu", which I have to manually move to folders in the "Show your Bookmarks".

I've posted about this a couple of days ago, under several topics, but have not had any reply whatsoever.

I'm not sure, that if I use "Refresh", if that will help, or cause more problems. I'm also not sure whether to install My "Backups" that are on my desktop,to see if that will correct the problem.
