problems syncing outlook one drive on firefox browser

I get an error message when I try to open my files in my outlook one drive account. I've contacted my IT service about it, and they have informed me it's a problem between Firefox and Outlook. I've tried on other browsers (such as Chrome) and I don't have this problem. Please could you advise? This is the first time this has happened, and I've been using Outlook and Onedrive on my firefox for 2 years now without problems.

This could be programming related where you have to use Edge or Chrome for Outlook programs to function and connect for it's features to work. It may have worked then but if outlook changed something that can affect Firefox browser to not work correctly as well.
