on Firefox, popups from "c.togetherloveme.buzz"

I recently installed Firefox. Now I get highly suspect popups in the lower right corner of the screen labelled "Mozilla Firefox" but from "c.togetherloveme.buzz". I certainly hope that Mozilla is not complicit in this, and in any event want these popups to end.

Hello! Most likely you will allow sites to send you notifications, just like my mother :). Let's turn them off! In Firefox settings, search for “Notifications” (sms icon). After that, click the button to the right: “Options”. In the window that opens, click “Delete all websites,” and for your convenience, check the “Block new requests to send you notifications” checkbox. Use it :)

This sounds like Web Push Notifications from site(s) you have allowed to send you notifications. Unfortunately some sites may send you fake virus alerts, spam or junk instead of useful notifications. You can revoke these sites.

Neither Mozilla or the Firefox web browser has anything to do with these popups besides displaying the notification from a site.

Hi Curmudgeon, besides reviewing/editing the Notification permissions list, you might want to double-check your extension to make sure you haven't installed some kind of adware. More info in the following article:
