Hey good day to you,

So, on my father’s laptop - an HP running Win10 - when he tried to print from Firefox, the page comes out blank. So when I tried to download it, turn it into a pdf, and print from Adobe, it prints fine.

This may have started after an Firefox update. It’s been a long time happening. Any insight is appreciated.

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile. Make sure you stay signed out of your sync account when testing.
