How do I block an email or website , and permanently?
Its the Casino and Sex sites disguised as 'health' I need to block in my junk mail. How do I block them ? where is the blocking control?

In respect of websites, I recommend that you contact your internet service provider who should be able to put good controls in place.
In respect of email, that they are going to junk email is a good thing. Continue to do this and your email service provider should be able to stop them in time.
you can mute the emails by right clicking on that mail there would be mute option
