Hey. So i use capturedontouch to scan to email and it always used to work. Then recently i finally updated my email software and since then it doesn't.

It doesn't wanna open Thunderbird or anything. Checked with outlook and it that did work so yeah

What version were you using before you updated Thunderbird. Was that version a 32bit or 64bit version ? The scanner software may not communicate with TB if it doesn't support SimpleMAPI, or if TB is 64-bit and the software is 32-bitt.

If Thunderbird previously was was a 32bit version and you now installed a 54bit version: Try Uninstalling 64bit and reinstalling a 32 bit version of Thunderbird.

Is capturedontouch / cannon printer up to date with any updates for drivers?
