When I go to the 3 dots to export logins and passwords I get the warning box then I click Export but then I don't get any screen to allow me to save the file to location it just disappears , running 107.0 on a MAC

Are you using a Primary Password ?

Any errors/warnings about logins in the Browser Console ?

You can possibly try this code in the Browser Console to get the logins in JSON format. 

prompt("Logins",JSON.stringify(Services.logins.getAllLogins()))

You need to enable the command-line in the console.
