I managed to successfully send a test mail merge message to myself, to 2 different emails. However, when I try to send the real message to 137 people, as soon as I hit "OK" to complete the mail merge, the progress box comes up and disappears in less than one second, without sending anything at all. I tried send later, send now, restarted Thunderbird - nothing works. Have you seen this problem before?

Thunderbird 91.9.0

I have used the Mail Merge addon for years with no problems, and I use 91.9. SInce this is an addon, I don't know if there are mail limits. The instructions are very explicit, so I suggest you review them carefully.

Added Mailmerge P, after I removed Mailmerge. Rebooted TBird. It started to send messages, then TBird crashed. Frustrated as hell!! Grrrrrr...........

yeah, usually related to CSV files of addresses that are actually not correctly formatted. Often sourced from Excel which is barely capable with help and direction of saving a unicode text file to be used as a CSV file for mail merge.

However without the crash Id there is not much to comment on. You will find crashes and their ids listed it in the more troubleshoot information on the help menu. Note only submitted crash reports offer anything useful here.
