What server are you using? Post info: Help > More TRoubleshooting Information Scroll to 'Mail and News Account' section Copy all info and paste it into this forum question using the 'Post a Reply' text box.

I use Cox. I am able to get emails but can't send any. I says that Cox is not able to receive etc.
