Firefox 91 graphics and UI messed up
Basically, PC and Mac OS< updated Firefox 91, and get these lines and missing graphics. Slow. Reinstalled. Refreshed. Fresh install. All 64 bits Win Home and Mac OS... WHAT IS GOING ON? This is the first time ever, in all browsing history, that a browser comes with lines or missing polygons...It is bad enough that I took refuge with Safari or Chrome. Even Check box below, "Email Me" I cannot see a checkmark appearing..

This could be a problem with High Contrast Mode on Mac.
See "New" in the release notes.
Firefox now automatically enables High Contrast Mode when "Increase Contrast" is checked on MacOS in the Accessibility settings.
Make sure you allow pages to choose their own colors.
- Settings -> General: Fonts & Colors -> Colors: "Override the colors specified by the page with my selections above" => Never
