Hi, could you try opening in the file by navigating through a Firefox tab. Type or paste this address into the address bar and press Enter to load it --

Either:

C:\

or:

file:///c:/

-- and then click click click your way to that folder and page.

Will Firefox open the page that way? If so, perhaps there is a problem with the path in the Custom URLs box of the Options page. You can use the "drag to house icon" method to re-save the URL from the address bar. See: How to set the home page.

I clicked, clicked then when I got to the onedrive it denied me access

Hmm, it sounds like a permissions issue, but I'm not familiar with any special permission/privilege issues with OneDrive folders compared with other document folders. ??
