Separate Security Issue, please update your Flash 27.0 r0 but remove it 1st : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Flash Player Version: 29.0.0.171 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Hi, running version 58.0.2 could be a very good reason why having problems as the current version is 60.0.2 today.
I would think there is a corrupted file that is the issue either in the program or in your Profile. To figure that out please do this to see if it is the program files : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 60.0.2 with a Full Version Installer
If still issues after restarting then please let us know and will help you work on your profile if that is the issue.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
Try to rename/remove permissions.sqlite in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
